Summary/Objective
The Senior Manager, Project Financial Asset Management will partner with the GM, Project Finance to construct an organization to take full ownership of financial and accounting management services to its constituents and support the Asset Managers overall.

- Responsible for all debt reporting and compliance matters and is the single point of contact to lenders and the JERA team. Also responsible for administration of Tax Equity agreements.
- Prepare cash forecasts with the assistance of the asset team to ensure proper reserves are in place
- Accurately and timely completion of withdrawal certificates, letter of credit amendments, and other administrative work necessary to ensure smooth financials operations
- Providing leadership and coaching to a to be hired Senior Analyst which will report to this position
- Provide weekly cash reports for project entities
- Coordinates the financial section of monthly operating reports provided to owners which includes standard metrics for liquidity, budget-to-actual variance explanations, and updated forecasts for the balance of year

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field
- Minimum of ten (5) years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, and financial planning
- Knowledge of power generation industry investment and analysis a plus
Preferred Education and Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in accounting or finance
- CPA or other designation
- Strong mathematics and analytical skills

- Ability to create long-term financial models incorporating multi-scenario analysis
- Highly experienced in wholesale power and electricity market mechanisms across various ISO/RTOs and understands the commodity-risk control framework
- Exposure to multiple project financings and is very familiar with the mechanisms contained within structured credit agreements
- Leads annual budget process including negotiating with operators and owners
